Small turf bits

Kept going out really easily after lighting...disappointing...only smouldering for a minute...no more...kept trying to relight but gave up...my sister added them instead to her open fire

Sorry about your experience Mary, this is obviously not typical. We would have been happy to replace any faulty pack had you contacted us directly.
Thanks.
Ian

Sent very quickly and packed securely. Sweet little nuggets of peat - my husband particularly likes it as it reminds him of childhood summers spent in Co. Fermanagh. We will enjoy this - many thanks!

Loved the product! I gifted the turf incense for my dad who grew up on a bog to remind him of home and he absolutely loves it. There was an issue on my part with the address to the US so it was redirected back to Ian and he immediately sent out a replacement to ensure it was received by christmas. Customer service was excellent and the product is amazing

The peat is wonderful. The only thing I might suggest is a little tape on the plastic packaging all of the peat had fallen out of the individual packaging. I’m still very happy with my purchase.! I will buy again!
