What is Irish turf incense?
Irish turf incense is made from Irish peat, the turf once burned on the open fire in Irish cottages. Our 100% natural incense pieces bring that smell into your own home.
What makes our turf incense different?
It is almost entirely locally sourced, 100% natural Irish peat, put through a special process with an all-natural binder and water, then dried for over 24 hours. No artificial fragrances are used, so it smells like the real thing.
How do I use turf incense at home?
Place a sod on the slate burner or another heat-proof surface and light the tip until it glows. Gently blow out the flame and let it smoulder. Each sod burns for about 35 to 45 minutes.
